1 General Information and Scope of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the jibdt platform and its users. jibdt is an online betting and casino platform that provides entertainment gaming services for players in Bangladesh.

These terms apply to the website, mobile version, and any digital services of jibdt. Users will be bound by these terms when they access the site, create an account, or participate in any game.

jibdt reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. A user's continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered consent to the new terms.

2 Definitions

The key terms used in these conditions have the following meanings:

• "Platform" means the jibdt website, app, and all related services.
• "User" or "Player" means any person registered with jibdt or using the platform.
• "Account" means the user's personal jibdt profile through which games and financial transactions are managed.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means participation in any game or sport involving money.

3 Account Registration and Verification

To open an account with jibdt, the user must provide accurate and genuine personal information. Registering with false information is strictly prohibited.

3.1 Registration Conditions

• Each individual may open only one account.
• Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
• Information provided at the time of registration must be completely true and accurate.
• If any information needs to be changed, jibdt support must be notified immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

jibdt reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. The following documents may be requested before processing a withdrawal:

• A copy of the National ID Card (NID) or passport.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account).
• Proof of residential address (if required).

Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. This process is conducted for the security of all users.

4 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To open an account and use the services at jibdt, the user must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Opening or managing an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.
• The user must play in their own name and for their own benefit — not on behalf of a third party.
• jibdt may request proof of age at any time if there is any doubt.

jibdt is committed to protecting minors from gaming. Parents are requested to ensure that their children do not have access to this platform.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

5.1 Deposits

jibdt supports popular payment methods in Bangladesh. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳300.

• Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• No additional charges are applied for deposits.
• Only the payment method registered in the user's own name may be used.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.

• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The bonus portion cannot be withdrawn if wagering requirements have not been met.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on the jibdt platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

jibdt offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms which the user must read carefully.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (15x).

• The bonus applies only to the first deposit.
• The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn.
• There is a set time limit for meeting the wagering requirement.
• The welcome bonus cannot be used in combination with other bonuses.

6.2 General Bonus Policy

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly as cash until wagering is complete.
• A promotion cannot be claimed more than once at the same time.
• If jibdt determines that a user is abusing the bonus system, jibdt reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• VIP members will receive weekly cashback according to their tier: Bronze — 0.2%, Silver — 0.4%, Gold — 0.6%, Platinum — 0.8%.

7 Betting Rules and Gaming Conditions

Sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and various other types of games are available on the jibdt platform. Specific rules apply to each game category.

7.1 General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a system error or technical issue, the deposited amount will be refunded.
• The amount won or lost in a game result will be determined according to the rules of the game.
• If a maximum winning amount is set for a bet, it cannot be exceeded.

7.2 Sports Betting

• Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi.
• Bets can be placed before a match starts or live during the match.
• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the bet will be voided and the amount refunded.
• After the result is announced, the outcome of the bet will be considered final.

7.3 Live Casino and Slots

Live casino games (such as roulette, blackjack, Sic Bo, baccarat) and slot games are operated according to the rules of the designated game software provider (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe). jibdt does not alter the outcome of any game — all results are controlled by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

8 Prohibited Conduct and Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jibdt platform and may result in the permanent closure of an account:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or someone else's identity.
• Strategic abuse of the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Attempting to manipulate game results or exploiting software errors.
• Any form of cyberattack or hacking attempt against the jibdt platform.
• Operating an account or conducting financial transactions on behalf of a third party.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources as deposits.
• Threatening or insulting jibdt officials or the support team.

9 Account Suspension, Closure and Fund Forfeiture

jibdt reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing fraudulent information.
• Suspicious financial activity or indications of money laundering.
• Instructions from authorities to meet legal obligations.

In the event of account closure, the balance may be returned subject to applicable terms. However, funds may be forfeited in cases of fraud or rule violations.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

• Information is not sold or shared with third parties except where required by law.

11 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

The jibdt platform is provided on an "as is" basis. jibdt is not liable for the following:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Issues arising from third-party software or services.
• Financial loss resulting from a user's own gaming decisions.
• Account access by unauthorized third parties.

jibdt is not liable in any way for financial losses related to gaming. Users are solely responsible for their own financial decisions.

12 Responsible Gaming
